Fred C. Luger CPA/ABV, CFF is the managing member of Thomson Brock Luger & Company, PLC located in Tallahassee, Florida. Fred leads the valuation / litigation team of TBL providing services in valuation and
litigation matters assisting clients in resolving dispute matters. Fred also assists clients working with them to develop, plan and achieve their goals and objectives, personal and professional development.

Your areas of expertise: Over the past four decades Fred has worked with clients throughout the Southeast in valuation and consulting matters related to marital dissolution, litigation, estate planning, mergers and
acquisitions and succession planning. Fred also consults with entrepreneurs and businesses in
operational, tax planning and compliance, and retirement planning. Fred has been qualified as
an expert witness in several Florida jurisdictions to assist triers of fact in understanding complex
valuation, financial analysis and damage issues.
Hobbies: Fred enjoys the outdoors, fishing, bird hunting and cooking. In his travel Fred is always looking
for the next unique local eatery to experience a great meal!
Family: Fred and Karen have three grown children, two are still in Tallahassee, and one in Orlando. Fred is active in the local community, believing we can make a difference one day at a time, one life at a time.
